Job Title: Marketing /Digital Media Coordinator 
Category: Exempt
Reports To: Sr. VP Business Development/Marketing & Sales

Position Summary: Create marketing material, graphics, and websites in the areas of direct marketing, advertising, product promotions, and corporate communications.

Essential Functions:

  • Create and maintain responsive websites for multiple divisions within the company.
  • Actively manage Google Analytics and grow proficient in Google Ad words. Recommend and initiate changes to maximize impressions while minimizing overall costs.
  • Create distributor e-newsletters and announcements.
  • Maintain password-protected Distributor websites and login information, as well as distributor and customer distribution lists for email correspondence
  • Create technical drawings for manuals and brochures with input from engineering and product managers
  • Support the development of posters and graphics for tradeshows and customer events
  • Support the development of advertisements, press releases, sales tools, business cards and training materials
  • Coordinate translation of manuals, brochures and websites
  • Coordinate private label product design requirements with customers
  • Maintain company Intranet
  • Maintain and create online input forms
  • Coordinate pricing changes with project managers, update published price books
  • Create and maintain brochures and instruction manuals. Follow ECO process to record document revisions in ERP system
  • Regular maintenance of social media sites (LinkedIn, YouTube channel, etc.)
  • Inspect orders of all printed material for correct revision and print quality before receipt into the ERP system

 

Qualifications:

  • *Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic/Web Design or equivalent with minimum 2 years’ experience in directly related position or marketing department/ environment.
  • *Proficiency in Windows platform including Microsoft Visual Studio, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash), WordPress, and Microsoft Office (including Access)
  • Proven advanced knowledge of social media marketing, management tools (Hootsuite, Hubspot, etc.) and platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, etc.)
  • *Ability to hand-code HTML
  • Experience optimizing web pages for speed and SEO
  • Ability to work in a teamwork/collaborative style and environment with a willingness to share information, goals, opportunities, successes and failures with the appropriate parties.
  • * Excellent design/creative skills
  • Strong attention to detail is essential. Must set high standards for quality.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • *Solid project/time management skills. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to follow through, make effective decisions, and work well under pressure
  • Willingness to learn new software as necessary
